As "iceberg theory" put it,in the human knowledge 20%can express the regular through things,this is the explicit knowledge,and the remaining 80%hidden deep in people' s hearts and minds is called tacit knowledge.Compared with the explicit knowledge,tacit knowledge because of its characteristics,is difficult to express and difficult to transfer through the traditional teaching,this needs for learners to provide a better method of acquiring,sharing,transformation and innovation.blended collaborative learning as a kind of emerging learning theory and practice provides a new opportunity for the transformation and innovation of tacit knowledge.The tacit knowledge research in blended collaborative learning helps to promote the development and application of blended collaborative learning while it plays a role in knowledge management.This paper studies the influence factors and effective' ways of tacit knowledge transformation and innovation in blended collaborative learning by means of literature survey,questionnaire survey and content analysis.At last,the paper proposes the strategy of tacit knowledge transformation and innovation in blended collaborative learning.The main research contents are as follows:1.Through the literature research method,the study of blended c ollaborative learning and tacit knowledge is integrated domestic and overseas,and the research status and trend of blended collaborative learning and tacit knowledge are understood.2.Combined with the existing tacit knowledge transformation and innovation model and the author' s own experience,this paper proposes the influencing factors and effective ways of tacit knowledge transformation and innovation in blended collaborative learning.The influencing factors are divided into individual level and community level,and the individual level includes individual sharing intention,individual absorbing ability and technical environment.Community level includes community cooperation and trust,group learning work values,community Jearning and absorbing ability.Effective approaches include collaborative discussion,reflective summarization and practical activities.3.The influence factors of tacit knowledge transformation and innovation in blended collaborative learning were analyzed by questionnaire survey.Using SPSS,descriptive statistical analysis and factor analysis were carried out.4.Use cognitive map analysis to analyze the effective ways of tacit knowledge transformation and innovation in blended collaborative learning.To participate in blended collaborative learning learners collaborative discussion text data is processed to generate knowledge map,using Decision Explorer to collaborative discussion of quantitative and qualitative analysis of the cognitive map.The judgment of collaborative discussion is beneficial to the transformation and innovation of tacit knowledge.5.Based on the analysis of influencing factors and effective ways of tacit knowledge transformation and innovation in blended collaborative learning.The improvement strategy of implicit knowledge transformation and innovation in blended collaborative learning is proposed.The promotion strategy mainly starts from two aspects:the combination collaborative learning tacit knowledge transformation and innovation promotion strategy based on learners and based on learning environment.Based on learners includes individual learning and learning community,individual level mainly to optimize the structure of individual learning,on a regular basis to study the individual system training,to encourage the participation of individuals in different learning,attaches great importance to the role of "opinion leaders";The learning community is mainly for strengthening organizational construction and building a cooperative atmosphere.Learning environment including optimization technique and rich emotional environment,optimize the environment of technology mainly for the development and application platform,rich emotional environment mainly for learning organization structure of the organization and convention,expanding the scope of the interpersonal interaction learning.6.Finally,summary and outlook.Summarizing the whole research,including the innovation and deficiency of the research,and the prospect of the later research.
