Physics homework is one of the basic and important teaching activities in the course of physics teaching.It can consolidate knowledge,improve performance and feedback information,and play the role of extending and supplementing physics classroom teaching.Since physics occupies a heavier part of the science synthesis and high school physics learning tasks are heavy,the homework will show disadvantages if it is not handled properly.The specific manifestation is that the current after-school homework in some schools still follows the "question sea tactics" and adopts the "uniform arrangement" operation mode.This model leads to teaching neglected the individual differences,unable to meet the needs of all-round development of the individual.In order to solve the problem of "unified arrangement",some schools adopt the mode of stratified homework to meet the individual development of students.However,the implementation of static stratification in the majority,and it is easy to lead to solidified position,and fustrate students' self-esteem.In addition,the 2017 version of the general high school curriculum standards requires teachers to take into account the difference between students in teaching and meet the needs of all-round development and learning.Therefore,it is necessary to construct an homework system that adapt to the new curriculum concept,which can change students' attitude towards homework,enhance students' enthusiasm to complete homework,cultivate students' interest in learning and improve their academic performance.Firstly,by combing and summarizing previous studies,uses questionnaires and interviews to investigate the status quo the physics homework of high school and the students' views of dynamic stratified homework.Secondly,based on the five theories that teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,recent development areas,cognitive load,multiple intelligences and meaningful learning,and the practical problems in the after-school homework in the high school physics teaching process,the design of physics dynamic hierarchical homework for high school is proposed from the theoretical level Strategy.Thirdly,the application of the physical dynamic hierarchical homework is carried out through teaching practice.,Then,the students were surveyed by questionnaires to understand their views on the dynamic stratified homework model.Finally,combined with the student homework score sheet,student academic performance and other experimental data to analyze,this article drew conclusions.This paper aims at the four problems that actually exist in the homework of high school physics after class is single and monotonous,the content of the homework lacks hierarchy,the number of homework needs to be adjusted,and the connection between homework and life is less,and proposes a design strategy for the dynamic layered homework of high school physics.Specifically,it includes: students' dynamic stratification strategy,referring to teaching goals,designing different gradient homework strategies,enriching homework types,and diversifying homework strategies.In order to improve the rationality of dynamic stratification,this paper proposes three dynamic stratification principles of hidden stratification,fair stratification and stratification according to students' will.In order to ensure the application effect of dynamic layered operations,this paper proposes implementation strategies for scientific evaluation.Based on the study of theoretical strategies,this paper obtains the following research conclusions through the application of strategies: Designing diversified homework can improve the problems of students' low enthusiasm for completing homework,less contact with life,and single homework;designing homework with different gradients can be Improve students' academic performance,improve the lack of level of homework and the problems of too much homework;dynamic stratification of students and homework can improve students' initiative in learning and reduce plagiarism.In short,based on the theoretical foundation and actual problems,the dynamic hierarchical homework design strategy for high school physics after class is helpful to improve the undesirable phenomena in homework after class,and each strategy complements each other to promote the development of students.
