Metacognition is a kind of learning strategies and to study it is benifitial for refining students’ skills of solving problems,improving their quality of thinking,getting into a habit of settling problems efficiently,forming quick thinking and improving the teachers’ quality of teaching.This survey takes the grade one students of senior high school as research object,using Questionnaire Survey studying that the metacognition of the grade one students of senior high school.With Case Study,Interviewing Method,Observation,analysis and find that there are blocks in psychology,habits and environment when the grade one students of senior high school solving problems of physics,including influences of nervous and anxious,steps lack of standardization and preparation and review not in time,influences of family education and class atmosphere.The paper gives suggestions as follows :(1)Guide students to think more,and stimulate students to learn with zeal.(2)Help students to understand the concept and intension of the cognition and metacognition,including the three aspects of metacognitive strategy.To strengthen students’ consciousness of metacognitive learning strategies.(3)In the learning process guide students to use metacognition strategy of scheme and to prepare well in advance,such as the time arrangements of various parts in the test or exam,problems classified,methods selected.(4)Encourage students to build up their own metacognitive system,to overcome disturbances,to form habits of coordination and cooperation in metacognitive monitoring and metacognitive regulation.(5)Positive attitude and mood are the guarantee of metacognitive monitoring,and will help yield twice the result with half the effort.
