The education in the county of China is developing relatively slowly, especially by the influence of the system of traditional exam-oriented education. County schools tend to focus on improving the level of students’intelligence instead of the students’ personalities and emotion. The school is the main place for a person to grow, and the education has directionality and selectivity. Therefore, it is playing the essential and leading part in the formation of students’healthy personality. The school spirit culture, material culture and behavior culture has influence on the development of students’ healthy personality. For primary schools and secondary schools,it should be accepted as the core values of education to cultivate students with healthy personality and overall quality. The school culture cored on personality education will lead to the changes of teachers’and parents’idea and behavior from focusing on the intelligence to focusing on healthy personality and build the human-oriented environment where students live a healthy meaningful and happy life.This paper includes four parts:The first part is the introduction, mainly to state the purpose and significance of this research, the status of personality education and related theories, and to put forward the research method and the structure of the paper; the second part is the investigation and analysis of the status of personality education in the county; The third part is to analyze the reasons for the low level of personality education in primary schools and secondary schools; the fourth part is to suggest the way to improve personality education, to build the school culture cored on personality education.
