Based On The County's Cultural Resources Use School Culture Personality

President Xi Jinping has repeatedly stated: that cultivating and practising socialist core values must start with young children in schools and in combination with spreading Chinese excellent culture,and that the contents and requirements of socialist core values must be diffused into classroom teaching and school education so that they could take roots,sprout and grow.County culture,as the most accessible and influential traditional culture,is the background and bottom color on which we build school culture.It is also the soil and source from which we cultivate school cultural individuality.Research methods of documents,survey,and case study were adopted to explore,perceive and select the subjects and contents of the county culture and hense to finally extract school core culture.As a result,each town would have a cultural brand and each school would have its unique school culture as school individuality.The focus of this case study will be on how to cultivate school cultural individuality,how to integrate county culture into school culture individuality,and the new ways and strategies to cultivate school cultural individuality...
