The cultivation of the teachers development by widespread concern from all walks of life in today’s society.Teachers’ important roles in education activities is the core to improve the qu ality of education,bearing the social expectation of the education career.Teachers’ professional de velopment is to increase the teachers by a professional to professional level,making the teacher s professional morality and knowledge skills.Ecology is the study of the relationship between org anisms and the environment, revealing the ecological law of disciplines, is a scientific method o f thinking. In this paper, applying the viewpoints of education ecology to study education pheno mena and problems for the development of education provides a new research ideas and method s, at the same time also for the study of teachers’ professional development provides a new persp ective. The integrated use of literature research, interviewing method, such as, research method s, to find the problems of adult education teacher professional development and ecological Sugge stions are put forward.This article first to the adult education teachers’ professional development has carried on th e analysis of ecosystem, introduced the ecology, adult education teachers, the relevant definitio n of teacher’s professional development. Analyze the ecological factors of teacher’s professiona l development and the ecological environment, and the structure and characteristics of the teache r’s ecological system accordingly. Second, in the adult education of teacher professional develop ment problems related to the investigation and study, investigation with the method of interview.Adult education teachers of different schools conducted interviews to find out the current existin g shortcomings of teacher professional development. Teachers within group, is the super resist ance to balances in these three aspects analyzes the reasons of teacher professional developmen t ecological imbalance. Finally, based on the analysis and investigate from strengthening teacher’s professional consciousness. Construction of teacher in stabilizing mechanism, to increase tea chers’ resistance, Build learning community.Improve the evaluation mechanism and put forward t he training pattern and so on Angle ecology to promote the development of adult education teach ers’ professional advice.
