Research On Teachers' Professional Development From The Perspective Of Educational Ecology

The cultivation of the teachers development by widespread concern from all walks of life in today’s society.Teachers’ important roles in education activities is the core to improve the qu ality of education,bearing the social expectation of the education career.Teachers’ professional de velopment is to increase the teachers by a professional to professional level,making the teacher s professional morality and knowledge skills.Ecology is the study of the relationship between org anisms and the environment, revealing the ecological law of disciplines, is a scientific method o f thinking. In this paper, applying the viewpoints of education ecology to study education pheno mena and problems for the development of education provides a new research ideas and method s, at the same time also for the study of teachers’ professional development provides a new persp ective.
