Research On The Application Of Educational Ecology Theory In Teacher 's Development

Ecology of education is to study issues in educational field in primary philosophies and methods of ecology. It’s an interdiscipline of ecological and ecology.Since Ecology of education came into being, through observing current education situation, ecology of education has been interpreting certain laws of education to solve some education problems. Nowadays ecology of education has been more and more widely used, and quite a lot of education problems have found their solutions by means of analyzing under the principle of ecology of education. What’s more, while education is getting improved, simultaneously teachers get into their development processes of in which teachers realize their life values. Teachers’ development concerns not only teachers themselves but the development of the education course. It’s the important mission of education. Only with an army of well developed and strengthened teachers, can excellent talents be fostered. Qinghai Province locates in North-west of China, with deficit education conditions its education level is rather low compared with other regions. Under these circumstances, issues of teachers’ development in Qinghai Province are specifically important.This article conducts empirical investigations on ecological individuals, ecological levels and ecological environments in perceptions of ecology of education. It puts forward corresponding proposals and solutions after making analysis and research on major problems currently existing in teachers’ development. Author’s viewpoint is well elaborated in this article that Only with comprehensive understanding towards ecological individuals, balanced ecological levels and perfected multiaspects of ecological environment, can teachers’ development be boosted and get on the virtue circle.
