Teacher is fundamental in the development of education undertakings. Teachers’ professional development is related to the rise and fall of the education, especially the beginning phase of teachers’ professional development is significant. Beginning stage is a key stage for teacher’s professional development, is the beginning of teachers’ career and a starting point. Beginning teachers’ professional development will profoundly affect the quality of teachers in the late development, will also affect the construction of teaching staff and the improvement of education quality. Beginning teachers’ professional development, therefore, more and more get the attention of the public. The reality is that there exist some problems in the beginning teachers’ professional development, affect the continued development of the faculty, need to seriously study and solve.Based on such reality, with beginning teachers’ professional development under the conditions of the ecology view as the theme, this research mainly discusses the problems of beginning teachers professional development, the reasons for these problems and how to promote the content of the beginning teachers professional development. Literature research is the main research method, through to the ecology and the related literature review of teacher’s professional development, on the basis of absorbing the achievements for reference, it is concluded that ecology perspective of beginning teacher professional development mainly professional knowledge structure of a single, professional skills and professional affection indifference, these three aspects. Considering the various factors influencing the beginning teachers professional development, from the perspective of ecology, beginning teachers professional development of the cause of these problems are mainly job placement is not reasonsble, teamwork is not positive, unreasonable evaluation system is not sound, school-based training does not reach the designated position, imperfect professional development platform. To the balance of ecosystem restoration beginning teachers professional development, to better promote the beginning teachers’ professional development, we need to comply with the laws of ecology, and to build cooperative teacher culture, building a good school environment, strengthen the headmaster for beginning teachers’ professional guide, formulation and implementation of new faculty hires education system, establish a new system of teachers, school-based training activities and the implementation of developmental evaluation system optimization.
