A Study On The Behavioral Characteristics Of Physical Education Teachers In Hubei Province

The study of sports teacher leading behavior, related to leadership, pedagogy, psychology,and other areas of the multi-disciplinary cross. The situation of the teacher leading to students’ academic performance, psychological health, and has great effect on students’ comprehensive development. Physical education is a part of school curriculum, its influence on the development of the students cannot be ignored. Research from physical education teachers, through the study on the characteristics of sports teacher leading behavior factors, explore sports teacher leading behavior of some of the characteristics, at the same time, this research in the system on the basis of summarizing predecessors’ research ideas, to find prospective on the leadership of the physical education teachers in some of the new characteristics and the lack of leadership.This research mainly USES the literature material law, questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method to after the internship on the characteristics of the sports teachers’ leading behavior of related research. Through the investigation and analysis it is concluded that:(1)urban and rural, different gender, grade, different grades of students aimed at sports teacher leading behavior difference between expectations and perception;(2) students expectation and quasi PE teacher leading behavior all dimensions are actual exist significant difference. Students expect to prospective teachers’ leading behavior in addition to the autocratic behavior this dimension, all dimensions are higher than PE teachers’ practical leadership behavior, students on the sports teacher leading behavior satisfaction is low;(3) the different characteristics of students at the sports teacher leading behavior satisfaction existence difference;(4) the quasi sports teachers’ self assessment to its leadership behavior on the high side;(5) the accurate physical education teachers expect leadership behavior of teachers and students do not match the dimension of leadership behavior on leadership behavior has;(6) different characteristics of physical education teachers with significant leadership behavior.
