With the rapid development of society and put forward the integration of urban and ruralpolicy, to improve the technology talent demand greatly, this objective in promoting thedevelopment of Mechanic College; at the same time, the technical education itself plays animportant role in the process of mass higher education; also in China to promote the processof lifelong education universal education, fair education opportunity in a can not be ignoredimportant force, compared to national attention to technical institutes and educational work, inrecent years has introduced a number of promoting the mechanic colleges development policy,in technical colleges and universities moral education especially the moral educationemphasizes the occupation is more, but the technical institutions in the development ofpractice has not paid sufficient attention to occupation moral education. Many of the domesticresearch on occupation morality and occupation moral education, but most research onspecific industry occupation morals, the lack of study on occupation moral thought system ofindependent development, research on occupation moral education technical colleges and less.the contradictions and conflicts in the background, in the period of social transformation, theglobal economic crisis and challenges and post crisis development, society, education circleshave expectations and demands more on occupation moral education in technical college.In order to respond to the social, educational and other demands on occupation moralityeducation in technical institutes, on the practical significance, can provide some reference forthe practice of occupation moral education in technical institutes suggest that, in theory, beable to contribute to the development of the theory of occupation moral education andimprove the mechanic Colleges, taking Tong-chuan area as an example, aiming at theproblem of mechanic colleges occupation moral education is studied.On the basis of critical reference of previous research, this paper mainly uses literaturestudy, interview and comparative analysis method, combine to get the purpose of quantitativeand qualitative research. Specific process is, first of all through the analysis of the results ofprevious studies, to understand the development of occupation morals research at home andabroad, and then through the interview and comparative analysis, obtains the occupationmoral education inefficiency in technical institutes conclusion, namely the one method issingle occupation moral education, two is the occupation technical college moral educationcontent is too old, three family, school and society three party poor impact force occupationmoral education, four is the technical institutions have yet to establish scientific andreasonable occupation moral evaluation mechanism. In order to deeply analyze occupation moral education inefficiency of mechanic colleges,this paper carried on the analysis to the occupation moral problem of inefficiency of mechaniccolleges from the angle of sociology, is mainly to analyze the use of social conflict theory,one is sociological macroscopic analysis, including social values conflict; conflict betweensocial development, spiritual pursuit and economic development, material bombing; conflictof interest and responsibility; the contradiction between the traditional occupation ethics andsocial current occupation moral idea. Two is to technical college students family backgroundanalysis, migration include family norms and structural transition and parents educationalcenter. Three is the occupation moral education of technical institutes to carry out analysis,the main problems including the significance of the backward education idea of mechaniccolleges and universities occupation moral mechanic of occupation moral educationunderstanding is not in place. Four of the student’s own factors are analyzed.Carries on the analysis from the social perspective of occupation moral educationinefficiency of Mechanic College reasons, need to digestion hinder its effectiveness play allkinds of conflicts and contradictions. The article puts forward ideas and countermeasuresfrom the following aspects, one is to strengthen school education, including the rich method,occupation moral education attaches importance to occupation moral education content andstrengthen teachers’ occupation moral education of the three main measures; two is tostrengthen the family, enterprise and school cooperation, on the one hand can enhance thecampus culture and corporate culture docking to improve the effectiveness of moral education,occupation, on the other hand can strengthen the occupation moral education and managementof students during the period of the enterprise training; three is the establishment ofoccupation moral education evaluation scientific and effective mechanism, including theimprovement of evaluation system, occupation moral education course ways to perfectoccupation moral evaluation and establish the benefit mechanism of appraisal.
