University occupational ethics level height not only involves the teacher individualmorals tutelage, also is educates the system interior occupational ethics quality the reflection,moreover entire social morals level barometer. The occupational ethics success or failuredecided the teacher troop constructs success or failure, also on decision entire educationdevelopment and reform success or failure. Therefore, in the social transformation time,earnestly analyzes the university teacher occupational ethics construction question now,isclear about the university teacher occupational ethics construction way to strengthen theuniversity occupational ethics construction to have the important theory and the realityguiding sense.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is mainly about the university teacher occupation morality overview.Strengthen the occupation morality construction of college teachers is related with the qualityof the teachers, have very important sense in practice, mainly reflected in can promotestudents all-round development; promote teachers’ own harmonious development; promotethe whole environment construction and social stability and harmonious development.The second part carries on combs the current situation of occupation morals of youngteachers in Colleges and universities, moral status quo and deficiency of the current access toquestionnaires and in-depth interviews from all aspects. The performance of young teachers inColleges and universities present whole occupation moral situation is good, but there are stillshortcomings, the main problem is mainly manifested in the lack of clarity in occupation idealoccupation, attitude is more aloof and occupation responsibility, discipline and occupationconscience aspect.The third part reason to occupation moral problems of young teachers in Colleges anduniversities is analyzed, the primary reason is the impact of globalization trends, including theimpact on the values and effects on occupation morality; the second reason is the negativefactors of market economy development, including effects on occupation ideal, influence to moral cognition and the impact on the value orientation; because of third factors from theuniversity management system, respectively is the management system factors, teachertraining, teaching management factors, factors of academic management and the factors ofexamination management factors; the fourth reason is the teacher own occupation moralcognition lack understanding of factors, including occupation psychological factors theexperience of the individual factors, etc..The fourth part of the combination of the above analysis puts forward the promotionuniversity young teacher occupation moral strategy, from the society, the school level and theindividual level of young teachers in Colleges and universities are described. The firstemphasizes the government and social role, including strengthening the young teachers’occupation moral education and occupation moral standard formulation of young teachers inColleges and universities; the second is the role of institutions of higher learning, includingthe construction of reasonable teacher performance appraisal model and establish a scientificincentive mechanism; third is the self-discipline and learning of young teachers in Collegesand universities, including the occupation ideal as to the pillar of spirit, to their own life-longlearning to enhance their quality of all aspects, further promote the dedicated occupationmorality and be a model for others through the pursuit of noble personality.Finally, this paper carries on combs the current situation of occupation morals of youngteachers in Colleges and universities summarize the current status of the morality and theshortcomings of this study. The results of this paper on occupation morality construction ofyoung teachers in Colleges and universities, for the growth of the students, are also importantsignificance for the development of the school.
