Tacit knowledge is the essential supplement of explicit knowledge, is animportant part of human knowledge. But the tacit knowledge is often overlooked, itsvalue has not been fully utilized.The campus contains a wealth of tacit knowledge resources, take the campusculture as the main form. Campus culture is the reflection of school spirit, theschool is a long-term accumulation of the cultural tradition and value system, thecampus art activity is the important content of the construction of campus culture. Many colleges and universities have carried out the art activities of different type and content. The art activities of campus culture plays an important role, plays a profound impact.
