High school biology experiment teaching is an important part of the high school biology teaching outline in the new curriculum reform, it occupy much proportion of the textbook and class arrangement. At the same time, an important way is to implement the three-dimensional objectives of experiment teaching, and can help students understand knowledge deeply and grasp the experimental skills directly, also can improve interest in learning, train students’ abilities in experiment and inquiry, and finally improve the scientific literacy and comprehensive quality. This paper aims to explore the teaching method in the implementation of3D object in high school biology experiment class, to provide reference for biology teachers, to accumulate data for further research of3D object implementation in the experiment class.This paper analyzed and compared the definition of the concept of three-dimensional objects from different scholars. Based on Curriculum Standards, The paper used knowledge object, technical object and emotion object in Learning Guide cases, and put forward the measure of3D object implementation in experiment class. This paper also described the significance of3D objects implementation in the experiment class and the present research situation at home and abroad. This paper is about a school-based research. The Survey on high school students in the experiment class about three-dimensional objects implementation situation revealed that, junior high school biology experiment teaching is just a form, the object is not clear in the experiment class, the good experimental habits have not formed, but to the high school biology experiment class, they have high expectation. Based on our laboratory assistant teacher interviews, it found that there are many problems in current biology experiment teaching in our school.In order to implement the3D object in the experiment class, some measures are put forward, including improve experiment methods and conditions, organize some guiding learning case and experiment report etc. According to the actual situation of our school, the paper arranged four classes to complete experiments from the first text book of high school biology, organized four guiding learning cases and experiment report, and also selected two classes for the practice research effetely. The following are the conclusion of this paper:3D object in experiment teaching is helpful to improve the students’ interest;3D object implementation in the experiment class is beneficial to the formation of good experiment habits; the use of guidance in the experiment class is conducive to the implementation of3D objects. In the biological experiment teaching in high school, teachers can also improve the experiments according to the actual conditions of the school; can improve the teaching plans continuously, in order to implement the3D objects better.
