A new round of the basic education curriculum reform has been implemented for a long time, the teacher in the teaching practice of the requirements to implement the new curriculum reform put forward. But for the three dimensions of the teaching objectives of the implementation, there are still some of the more prominent issues. Some teachers are not very good grasp of the relationship between the traditional teaching target and the three-dimensional targets, the teaching goal of understanding is not correct, hierarchical concept is not clear, the curriculum goal mistaken target and the target class, ignoring the term target unit. And in thprocess of teaching, teachers still pay too much attention to knowledge and skills objectives of the implementation, but the lack of attention to the emotional attitude and values, process and method, detection methods of the three dimensions of goal is too single, detection methods especially for two goals, no authoritative evaluation system, the can not well reflect the students’ performance, only from the results of evaluation of students, there is little Overgeneralization. In the present study according to the teaching goal, most of theoretical research or practice research only from the aspect of development, lack of teaching objectives of the overall achievement of study.The author adopts the literature method, questionnaire survey method, classroom observation and experimental research methods, through the investigation in the process of chemistry teaching objectives have problems, and on the basis of the high school chemistry curriculum standard, combined with the analysis of the learners, according to the selection of teaching content, to choose different experimental teaching method, such as teachers’ demonstration, independently explore and family small experiment and computer simulation, design based on the experimental teaching of chemistry teaching design and implementation. After five months after using the experimental teaching of chemistry teaching, a case of 3 d object detection, and compared with the traditional teaching method of comparing the teaching effect that in comparative classes, it is concluded that the experimental teaching method can better achieve three-dimensional chemistry teaching.The results show that: the experimental teaching method can stimulate students’ interest in learning chemistry, encourage students to learn actively, make the students to master the basic knowledge and skills of chemistry, in-depth understanding of the dialectical relationship between changes in composition, structure, properties, material; help students to form chemistry concept, consolidate the knowledge of chemistry, chemistry experimental skills, scientific attitude and scientific method, seek truth from facts culture; help students test and consolidate the basic concepts of chemistry and chemical basic theory, helps to cultivate and develop students’ operation skills and observation ability, thinking ability, to enable students to develop a rigorous scientific attitude, to stimulate students interest in learning, mobilize the enthusiasm of the students, enhance the students’ confidence.
