Research On Ideological And Political Education In International Personnel Training Of Petroleum Engineering Specialty In Colleges And Universities

With the rapid development of social economy, there are more and more progress on the communication and exchanges between China and abroad. Therefore, more and more university graduates majored in petroleum engineering work in international petroleum corporations, which can be called international talents. The professional knowledge training gives them a very good development foundation. However, the enormous differences between domestic and foreign social ideology make it is difficult to insist them on loyalty to motherland and faith. This becomes the most important problem when encourage them work abroad. So a new subject which is how to do better ideological and political education in the international class is proposed for ideological and political workers in the universities.The thesis deeply analyzed the concepts and features of international talents majored in petroleum engineering. Based on analysis of the status and significance of the ideological and political education in the international class, the thesis proposed the basic political literacy and capability that the international talents should have. By training in international awareness in ideological and political education, the ideological and political education would make students examine the international status and role of our country from a global perspective, and analyze the development trend of the international situation changes from a higher view. Besides the humanities quality training in the international class should combine the achievements of Chinese and foreign civilization and culture. This would strengthen the humanistic quality of the international talents and make them gradually become professions who face the world and the future.The content of the thesis includes five parts. The first part is the first chapter, mainly focused on the theoretical research background. The second part is the study of the second chapter, mainly focused on the professional definition of internationalized talents training in petroleum engineering, and expounded the necessity the particularity and the importance of carrying on ideological and political education to internationalized talents. The third part is the study of the third chapter, mainly focused on the thorough analysis of the internationalization of talents in petroleum engineering professional training of the ideological and political education present situation, and exposed in the current education work problems. The fourth part is the fourth chapter, mainly focused on the actual needs of the ideological and political education to international talents, and put forward a new proposal on the improvement and innovation for the ideological and political education. The fifth part is the conclusion part, mainly focused on the carding and summary.
