Empirical Research On Education Of Petroleum University Culture

In 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work of Colleges and Universities that the foundation of a university's establishment lies in cultivating people with moral standing,which should be taken as the central link,and the ideological and political work should run through the whole process of education and teaching.More attention should be paid to educating people and educating them with culture.It can be seen that cultural education,as a method and means of ideological and political education,is indispensable in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.The educational mode of cultural education in colleges and universities is one of the educational modes that the Party and the state have attached great importance to for a long time,which can not only realize the inheritance and development of Excellent Chinese culture by the Party and the state,but also realize the goal of educational education in colleges and universities.The Chinese civilization has a long history and is continuous,and the Chinese culture is brilliant,extensive and profound,which is the spiritual nourishment for every college student on his way to success.Higher education is an important carrier for the inheritance of excellent culture and an important source of ideological and cultural innovation.Institutions of higher learning shoulder the educational mission of cultivating people with morality,guiding ideology and promoting the all-round development of college students.Cultivating college students with culture is an important link in the development of education.The content of this paper includes the following four aspects:In the first chapter,the theoretical and practical significance of the topic is elaborated,the research status at home and abroad is sorted out,and the research ideas and methods are clarified.In the process of writing this paper mainly adopts the system analysis method,literature research method,investigation research method and other research methods.And combined with the domestic and foreign research status,for the development of this paper laid a realistic theoretical basis.The second chapter mainly defines the concepts of culture,college culture and college culture education.This paper expounds the elements of cultural education,the four basic elements of cultural education are subject,object,media and environment,and the four elements complement each other and cooperate closely to form a relatively stable element structure.The process of cultural education is actually the subjectification of the object of cultural value.In the third chapter,a questionnaire survey was conducted among college students in Petroleum University.Summarize and analyze the survey data.This paper expounds the current situation of cultural education in colleges and universities from the two aspects of existing problems and influencing factors.Through investigation and analysis,the existing problems mainly come from the following four aspects: individual differences of students;Content of spiritual culture education;Each department of campus culture construction shall organize and guarantee the material environment of cultural education.The causes of the problems mainly come from the insufficient importance of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.Is the cultural education resources to strengthen the security;The construction of civilized campus needs to go deep into these three aspects.In the last chapter,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures in three aspects: first,carry forward the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.Through the development of excellent Traditional Chinese culture education activities,red revolutionary cultural activities,regional characteristics of cultural education activities to enrich the content of cultural education.Second,strengthen the construction of educational resources.Through strengthening the construction of educational team,enriching the carrier of cultural education,and innovating the mode of cultural education,the educational subjects should be strengthened to jointly carry out educational activities.Third,comprehensively deepen the construction of civilized campus,with spiritual and cultural construction as the core,material and cultural construction as the foundation,writing and cultural construction as the focus,and institutional and cultural construction as the guarantee.
