A Study On The Legal Guarantee Of Ethnic Vocational Education In China

Ethnic minority vocational education is not only an organic part of national education, but also an integral part of China’s education system. China is a united multi-ethnic country, it is of great significance for the social and economic development to pay more attention to the development to vocational education in ethnic minority and minority areas. With the guidance of policy for national equality, national unity, common prosperity of all ethnic groups, China has made remarkable achievements in the construction and development of the ethnic minority economy.The rapid development of ethnic minority economy needs a higher level of vocational education, and a large number of personnel with professional and technical skills.Therefore, China should carry out education strategy and talent team building strategies, intensify the develop of vocational education, increase labor’s qualities and skills, as well as transport a large number of professional and technical personnel for the economic and social development of ethnic minorities and minority areas.Vocational Education Law has started legal guarantee system on vocational education. It plays a key role in promoting the development of vocational education in ethnic minority. In recent years, China has put the high speed and priority of development on its agenda. At the same time, there are some problems, such as the lack of sound legal security system and corresponding laws and regulations. So it is imperative to build a sound legal guarantee system for vocational education. This is of realistic and profound significance for promoting the development of ethnic minorities and minority areas.This paper including three chapters. The first one talks about background, literature review, the main research method, as well as the academic value and significance in study of legal guarantee for ethnic minority vocational education. The second one talks the definition of vocation education and ethnic minority vocational education, the feature of ethnic minority vocational education, the necessity of its legal guarantee, the practice of legal guarantee for ethnic minority vocational education abroad, and the advantages of its practice abroad by comparison and analysis.The third one talks about the status quo of China’s legal guarantee for ethnic minority vocational education, especially a Case Study of Yunnan, and the existing problems. The last chapter talks about specific measures targeted to the existing problems by studying experience abroad and homeland.
