Secondary vocational field work is secondary vocational school,make full use of the enterprise of professional talents,technology,equipment Field work is an important content of vocational education practice and theoretical research.The field work of minority areas secondary students in the national minority area secondary vocational school,is made full use of advantages of the enterprise of professional talents,technology,equipment and management environment,through the form of university-enterprise cooperation management to cultivate students,is made the minority areas of secondary students with fully improved the professional,technical skills,comprehensive quality,and actual operation ability,etc.Management is the key of the field work.In this study,it is based on the basis of related literature,Combined with the existing research results and field survey with quantitative and qualitative,focused on the status quo analysis of the secondary vocational student's field work in R ethnic minority areas of G province.The study found that the situation of field work in minority nationality areas is not optimistic.Because of the lack of effective management measures,there are some related problems,such as the poor stability of field work status,the low rate of field work of Professing,the low degree of professional setting and matching jobs demand,and the lack of management system,etc.This is caused by the following reasons.The limited field work supervision of the competent department of education is the first reason;the second point is boiled down tothe companies' low enthusiasm to consider the student for the management of field work Rather than their own interests;the third reason is the insufficient power of secondary vocational schools to meet the needs of the market;the last one is the lack awareness of students to the field work.To solve the above problems,it is time to take the following measures.First,the government management function should be gave full play to ensure the effect of the relevant management policy;Second,the construction of the school management should be strengthen to actively undertake supervisory duties;Third,the enterprises should earnestly implement their assisting functions to strictly implement the system of employment admittance management;And the steps to improve students' ideological understanding in field work,to promote the cohesion of industrial park and secondary schools,create a good management atmosphere.In these ways can effectively help the R county minority areas the secondary vocational student's field working.
