Based on literature methods, questionnaires, experiments and math ematical and statistical methods, this paper makes experiments on sub-health populati on who have knees and ankles fatigue. Study results show that the subjects ’ physical indicators and range of joint motion are subject to improve afyer test. Among them, t here was significant difference(P<0.05) of pre sit before and after experiment; Standi ng on one foot with eyes can last longer time before the experiment, there was signific ant difference(P<0.05); Keeping hip adduction, abduction and flexion exercises for 12 weeks, its activity has also been improved, with abvious differences(P<0.05).There fore,we can draw the following conclusions:(1) the knee ankle health gymnastics completeddevelopment;(2) knee ankle health exercises are scientific and suitable for knee and ankle fatigue, which is not difficult for promotion among targeted people;(3) knee health exercises help physical recovery and the ankle and knee activity to a cert ain degree. |
