| At present,some of the "violent walkers" and "fitness walkers" can’t really walk,can’t keep fit scientifically,or there are some sports errors,which cause great injury and discomfort to the knee and ankle joints.This paper focuses on the exploration of three kinds of exercise prescription intervention for the sub-health of knee and ankle joints in these two types of "walking" people.For these people,on the one hand,we should do a good job in the prevention and health care of knee and ankle sub-health in advance,and on the other hand,we should carry out active intervention and prevention through a variety of exercise prescriptions;For some patients in critical condition,comprehensive measures such as rehabilitation and medical treatment are needed,which is expected to be helpful.First of all,it is a comprehensive study of sub-health people and knee,ankle related research at home and abroad,through the effect comparison,comparative analysis of various exercise prescriptions about fitness walking.Combined with the current situation and problems of knee and ankle sub-health in "fitness walking and mob",this paper discusses the effective,feasible and scientific exercise prescription for knee and ankle sub-health.According to the specific problems of knee and ankle sub-health status,symptomatic analysis,through sports + medical fusion and other methods,give scientific exercise prescription guidance and intervention,help them effectively improve and prevent knee and ankle sub-health status,so as to finally move towards health.1.Literature review: refer to domestic and foreign "sub-health","the third state","fatigue" and other related research data,summarize and analyze,to understand the current research status of sub-health,the main symptoms and pathological characteristics of sub-health in knee and ankle joint,so as to provide theoretical basis and basis for this study.2.Experimental method: in this study,three kinds of exercise prescription for sub-health state of knee and ankle were formulated.In the volunteer team,10 subjects were selected to carry out the reverse fitness walking exercise prescription test.On the basis of the knee and ankle sub-health self rating scale,combined with the knee ROM and sitting body flexion,the exercise effect was comprehensively evaluated.3.Investigation method: combined with the quality of life scale,lysholn and gillquist knee joint score standard and the ankle joint score(kofoed score standard),we developed a questionnaire(self-test scale)about the knee and ankle joints of sub-health people.4.Measurement method: through the "fitness walking,mob" crowd self-measurement table,we preliminarily understand the sub-health population,and further look for the sub-health population of knee and ankle joints;Then the sub-health degree of knee and ankle joints was further determined by infrared detection;Finally,the doctor further confirmed the sub-health level or clinical status of the disease.The effect after treatment was compared.The main results are as follows: 1.This study initially developed the knee and ankle sub-health self rating scale,and used to evaluate the effect of three knee and ankle sub-health exercise prescriptions in this study.The higher the total score,the lighter the degree of sub-health of knee and ankle.2.In this study,three kinds of exercise prescription were formulated for different degrees of knee and ankle sub-health.(1)Aerobic exercise prescription: 6000 step fitness walk and 10000 step fitness walk were used respectively.Through the total score of knee and ankle sub-health self rating scale,it is found that the total score of knee and ankle sub-health self rating scale is improved after the intervention of two fitness walking modes.After the intervention of 10000 step walking mode,the total score index was significantly improved(P < 0.05).(2)Strength exercise prescription: there are many strength exercise prescriptions.This paper mainly uses the reverse fitness walking as the main comprehensive exercise prescription.After 4 weeks of reverse fitness walking intervention,the total score of knee and ankle sub-health self rating scale has been significantly improved(P < 0.01),and the index of sitting and flexion has been significantly improved(P < 0.05),ROM index of knee joint decreased significantly(P < 0.01);The total score of knee and ankle sub-health in non intervention group was significantly improved(P < 0.05);The longitudinal jump index increased,and the ROM index of knee joint decreased,but there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05).(3)After 4 weeks of exercise prescription intervention,the total score of knee and ankle sub-health self rating scale of female subjects increased from 35 to 65,with a large range;The temperature of knee joint decreased from 37.0 ℃ to 34.4 ℃ after treatment,and the flexion of knee joint decreased from 115.0 ℃ during squatting ° Up to 125 °。 The total score of knee and ankle sub-health self rating scale of male subjects increased from 39 to 69.The knee joint temperature gradually changed from 33.8 ℃ to 33.5 ℃ after treatment,and the knee joint flexion gradually decreased from 110 ° Up to 120 °。Research conclusion: the knee and ankle sub-health self rating scale can help people to evaluate the sub-health status and degree of knee and ankle to a certain extent,and make a preliminary diagnosis from the four aspects of "knee and ankle in physical state,psychological state,life and work influence,social adaptability",based on the theory of sports medicine integration,using infrared imaging instrument,the Doctors’ diagnosis and other medical means to further evaluate the sub-health status of knee and ankle joints can make a more effective,professional and reliable evaluation of the sub-health status of knee and ankle joints.Different fitness walking patterns can improve knee and ankle sub-health to a certain extent: the effect of ten thousand step aerobic walking pattern is more significant.Because of the lower exercise load and intensity,the prescription is more suitable for the patients with sub-health of knee and ankle joint for effective prevention and improvement;The prescription is suitable for improving the knee and ankle sub-health,and has obvious effect;The prescription of bone joint exercise and stretching exercise is more suitable for those who can’t do fitness walking exercise or other sports with severe sub-health of knee and ankle joint for home rehabilitation and Club special rehabilitation,and it is also suitable for those who are in sub-health of knee and ankle joint for effective prevention.There are three modes of separation and combination,which have strong pertinence.When combined,the comprehensive effect is better,the combination of dynamic and static,and various combinations are not easy to appear fatigue.According to their knee ankle sub-health status,dynamic adjustment of exercise volume and intensity,timely monitoring,adjustment at any time,progressive order. |
