Research On Competitive Sports Management System For The Disabled In China

Competitive sports for the disabled is an indispensable part of the dream of a world sports power.It is an important window to show a country's humanistic literacy and humanitarian care.With the development of society and economy,the existing disabled sports management system in Chengdu has gradually exposed many unreasonable points,and it is difficult to adapt to the requirements of disabled sports.At present,there are few studies on the competitive sports management system for the disabled.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the competitive sports management system for the disabled in the central and western cities of Chengdu.The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the successful experience and shortcomings of the construction of competitive sports management system for the disabled in Chengdu by analyzing the structure and function of Chengdu's competitive sports management system.Based on theory and practice,this thesis proposes a practical solution.Measures to improve the quality of Chengdu's disabled sports management system and promote the progress of Chengdu's disabled sports.This thesis uses the literature method,interview method and field investigation method to divide the Chengdu competitive sports management system into policy and regulation management,fund investment management,organizational structure management,human resource management,training system management,venue equipment management,eight subsystems of scientific research service management and social power management,in-depth analysis of the status quo of the eight subsystems,discovering its existing problems,and proposing the future perfect direction,in order to provide a certain guarantee for the good operation of Chengdu's disabled sports management system.The study draws the following conclusions:(1)At present,Chengdu's disabled athletes' sports management system has formed a management system centered on the Propaganda and Culture Department of the Chengdu Disabled Persons' Federation,with the assistance of the districts and counties' disabled associations and training bases.(2)The construction of the competitive sports management system for the disabled in Chengdu has achieved good results.The project advantage of Chengdu's competitive sports for the disabled continues to expand,resource allocation is continuously optimized,the living conditions of disabled athletes are improved,and the social atmosphere is harmonious.(3)There are still some problems in the competitive sports management system for the disabled in Chengdu: the implementation of policies is insufficient,the management of funds is still to be standardized,the organizational structure needs to be improved,the management of human resources needs to be improved,the management of scientific research services is blank,and the participation of social forces is relatively high.Inferior.Suggestions for the problems existing in the competitive sports management system for the disabled in Chengdu:(1)Improve the ability to implement policies;(2)Improve the fund supervision and management system to ensure the earmarking of funds;(3)Optimize the organizational management structure and improve the efficiency of the management system;(4)Improve the management mode of human resources;(5)Improve the management system of sports scientific research services and give play to the leading role of sports scientific research forces;(6)Standardize the management of sports social organizations,support social forces,and share government affairs.
