These capabilities are available, pilots are required to get physical training, with good or excellent physical qualities, is a pilot study or engage in other cultures to learn basic skills.Through literature review, expert interviews, experimental control method, randomly selected 2012 Civil Aviation Flight University of any two cadet administrative classes as experimental subjects. The two classes were randomly set up an equal number of adults in the experimental group of a control group. According to the settings in the control group training school physical education curriculum, the traditional physical training models and methods used. Experimental group physical training in strict accordance with the principles of systematic, comprehensive principle, combined with the special principle, from the reality principle, active participation, and actively prevent damage to the principle of motion of physical training.After 12 weeks of specialized physical training, the experimental results can be seen by the physical quality of the students in the control group and the experimental group were improved, but to improve the physical quality of the magnitude, the physical quality of the students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of students; concluded that: the traditional physical training models and methods used in the control group, has been unable to fully meet the requirements for pilots physical development stage and is not conducive to the rapid development of the civil aviation industry of the future demand for pilots’ physical constitution. Based on the above experimental group and control group fitness training in emerging Differences, analysis of the reasons for the development of the Civil Aviation Flight University of pilots made a number of recommendations: 1, instructional design should fully mobilize the student training initiative, the choice of teaching mode, classroom content design, combination, arrangement, charm and other language teachers to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of students to participate in training method is a very worthy of our in-depth study of the subject, to enhance the effect of physical training pilots will be very helpful. 2, training students to strengthen the monitoring of physiological indicators of subjective judgment decrease coach, the whole body in the physical training of students physiological indicators for monitoring and recording anytime, anywhere. Tracking and monitoring the use of scientific methods to improve student fitness is highly effective, but also for the prevention of sports injuries has a very important role. 3, the design of training programs need to highlight the characteristics of physical training pilots of flights physical basis, core strength, flexibility, quality, sensitive quality training is often overlooked in the past, school teaching training flight or not taken seriously.
