Under the background of the vigorous development of education in China,private education has become a driving force for the transformation and development of education in China.In this favorable situation,the rise and development for private secondary vocational school of civil aviation conforms to the development of non-government founded education and the rapid development of civil aviation industry in China.Young teachers are the backbone of school education,which concerns the survival and sustainable development of school.The teaching staff construction of private secondary vocational school of civil aviation is the strong guarantee to transfer high-quality technical personnel for civil aviation industry in the future.A stable and efficient team of young teachers is the basis for training excellent civil aviation talents in the future.However,the problems are exposed by the subjective and objective factors of the young teacher team construction,which is the short board of the education and teaching management in the process of development.So this paper selects the problem of young teacher team construction in private secondary vocational school of civil aviation as the core.It is meaningful for us to understand the young teacher team of this kind of school and find the root of the problem,and make the training of young teachers management work in order to raise the competitiveness of such schools in the industry.This paper selects young teachers of X school as samples.On the basis of domestic and foreign research status by looking up some information,investigating questionnaire and using professional tools Excel2010 data analysis by means of interviews.This paper systematically introduces the present situation of young teachers in X school.Low salary and welfare,low professional title of the professional title appraisal system,insufficient post induction training mechanism,deficient teachers' personal career planning and so on.The paper systematically analyses the reasons of the problems for construction of young teacher team on the basis of these,and sets out some practicable management countermeasures for this from the point of view of school management: improving the social security mechanism,establishing the humanistic feelings of the salary and welfare systems;improving the performance evaluation standards;doing pre-job training well and strengthening on-job training;establishing the management concept for teachers,and establishing a humanized management system for teachers in the school management;establishing the systems for helping young teachers from old teachers and improving teaching level and scientific research level;taking school as the guide and promoting the common development for young teachers and school;creating conditions for young teachers to relieve stress;creating conditions for young teachers to set up professional development consciousness;giving respect for young teachers,enhancing their sense of responsibility and stimulating their sense of achievement;giving young teachers democratic management opportunities and building up their sense of ownership...
