Study On Construction Of Instructor Team In Civil Aviation Colleges

College counselor is an important part of higher education with Chinese characteristics.It has a great significance to the smooth development of higher education.At present,with the increasingly fierce competition between colleges,the construction of counselors is the focus of the work of the colleges.Taking CAUC as an example,this paper evaluates the construction of the counselor team of the counselor,and puts forward the concrete measures to optimize the construction of the school counselor team based on the evaluation results.Through the study of this paper,it can expand the theoretical research work of college counselor in a certain extent,and guide the construction of the team of counselors in CAUC.At the same time,it can provide some reference for other colleges' counselors' team building,and promote the overall level of college counselors' team building work in our country.In the course of the study,this paper introduces and analyzes the basic situation of the construction of the counselors in CAUC.Through the introduction and analysis,it has a better understanding of the construction of the counselors in CAUC.Secondly,the evaluation method of the construction of the counselor of CAUC is determined,and the evaluation index system is established.In order to evaluate the construction of the team of counselors in CAUC,this paper chooses the method of AHP and fuzzy synthetic evaluation.At the same time,it establishes the evaluation index system of CAUC counselor team building.The evaluation index include recruitment,training,assessment and system construction.Thirdly,through the AHP and fuzzy synthetic evaluation,the paper get the construction of CAUC counseling team specific evaluation results,that the construction of CAUC counselor team is better,but still need to be further improved.Finally,it puts forward some concrete measures for the counselor team building of CAUC.
