The concept of job burnout was put forward by the American spirit analyst Freudenberger in the middle of the seventy's in twentieth Century,which has aroused great concern of the western scholars.It has become a hot research topic abroad,and the research in this field has achieved fruitful results.With the rapid development of China's market economy,social competition is becoming increasingly fierce,increasing public facing the pressure of life,work pressure,all kinds of occupational disease in a period of high.Job burnout has become increasingly prominent,a serious threat to the public of the quality of life and career.With the rapid development of civil aviation industry,the rapid growth of the domestic airline business,but the industry competition is gradually increased,the flight attendant service proposed higher requirements,is bound to the civil aviation department take the work of the staff to bring more challenges.As a high-end service personnel,the flight attendants although has the good professional qualities and professional skills,but due to the long time high altitude operation,easy to make their physical and mental tired,and from the service object of passengers for challenges and management pressure,the easily lead to the flight attendants emotional burnout,decrease the flight attendant service work quality,affecting flight safety and civil aviation enterprise development.This topic to a Corporate Aviation Division by staff as the object of study,using questionnaire collect first-hand data,an empirical analysis of the factors of demographic differences in the degree of job burnout and job burnout consequences.Empirical analysis results show that the flight attendants burnout scores much higher than other occupational groups,the high degree of burnout;the three dimensions of job burnout are consequences of burnout have significant predictive effect;by our staff burnout three dimension scores were different from other professional group,the emotional exhaustion dimension differences are very significant.The degree of burnout in gender,age,length of service to our passengers will have varying degrees of impact.On the basis of empirical analysis,combined with enterprise social work theory and method discussed strategy of social work intervention in civil aviation flight attendants burnout phenomenon.The study shows that the involvement of occupational burnout in corporate social work is feasible and necessary,and has a good effect on the job burnout of the civil aviation flight attendants.
