Master graduates’ career issues are not only related to their own development, school development, but also related to national solidarity and stability, which is significant to building a socialist harmonious society. By combining questionnaire and interviews to academic graduates of 2015 session from a minzu university in Beijing for the survey, career psychological phenomenon of graduates in Minzu universities are found from cognitive, emotional, social psychological dimensions. On cognitive level, Positive psychology of career mainly include actively adjustment of view of career choosing, reasonably adjustment of salary expectations, optimistic career attitude; Negative psychology of career mainly include inferiority, instrumental value orientation, high employment expectations, negative attitude towards employment from cognitive domain. On emotional level, Positive psychology of career mainly include unhurried progress of application, actively dealing with mood swings, high ability of anti-frustration; Negative psychology of career mainly include anxiety, impatience, frustration, depression, paranoia, remorse, physical disorder and problem behaviors. On social psychological level, Positive psychology of career mainly include calm and confident interpersonal communication, recognization of finding a job by social relations, strong sense of independence; Negative psychology of career mainly include dependence, shyness, apathy, herd mentality, peacockery, "Neet" psychology. Meanwhile, graduates’career psychology characteristics of minzu universities are analyzed on cognitive level, emotional level and social psychological level by comparison between different genders, different professions, different minzu and different degree type.The article also analyzes the causes of graduates’career psychology from the economic and social aspect, the employer aspect, the college aspect, the family aspect and the individual aspect. According to the causes, proposals are offered, for example, strengthen the government’s regulation of the labor market; further improve Employment and Entrepreneurship system and social security system; guide public opinion and encourage graduates work in grass-roots; employers should adjust the view of talent; strengthen cooperation between enterprise and university; Minzu university should have a definite orientation and innovative training model; market-oriented and dynamically adjust professional settings; strengthen career planning education to graduates in Minzu universities; strengthen psycho-education on career choosing and cultivate the core values of socialism; parents should adjust expectations for their children’s careers and respect the autonomy of their children; create a good family atmosphere and ease children’s pressure in time; graduates themselves should be well prepared for the careers as soon as possible; graduates should do the mental health adjustment and face failures optimistically. Recommendations are made to help the graduates in Minzu universities successfully deal with adverse psychological problems during the careers period, position themselves correctly and make high-quality career choices.
