Based on the establish of ASEAN free trade Area and Guangxi Northern Gulf economic Area. The prospects of regional economic are much better than before. In recent years, the Economic grow of Guangxi province is faster than before. The economic development in Guangxi province can’t leave high-quality students, especially graduate students. However, under the investigation of the company and fresh graduate students, As new graduate students human resources is relatively rich, college education, lack of career guidance and management regulation and deficiency of the national support. Graduate student face some problems when they search for a job, such as the high expectation of career, unclear goal, lack of human connection. As a result, the adaptive period of graduate students prolongs, even they can’t adapt environment so that they change job frequently. Career is unstable, finally influence the development of regional economic student career stability also have a great effect for career path of graduate students in Guangxi.The problem mainly including:for individuals they should have self-recognize ability and sensitive to employment environment; very clear to the career planning, accelerating college student cultivation system in order to activate students’ motivation; continually explore innovation mode and strengthen surveillance and management; company should focus on cultivate people, pay attention to graduate student; cultivate students’recognition to the company; help students to grow in company;reduce the effect of unstable;China start to give some useful policy to guide student to search for a suitable job for graduate student, explore the new path to the society cultivation. Provide graduate student some opportunities, strengthen the adaption of career. Forming the development from intrinsic factors to extrinsic factors,from college to society. Make sure that graduate student’s cultivation is high quality; they can improve and learn after graduation, stepping into society faster and better, and to make contribution for regional economic development.
