Careers is one of the important study on the content of human resources management, as well as master's graduates from the community into a community people the necessary procedures. Master while hunting jobs not only for their own quality inspection, but also to the psychological quality of their tests. Rapid economic and social development in Chongqing City, campus recruitment was in full swing background, through the analysis of mentality of master's graduates in Chongqing, identify existing problems, it is very urgent and propose appropriate solutions. Purpose of this paper is to identify the master's in psychology status of this particular social environment to help graduate students know their personality, their careers have a proper evaluation and awareness, helping graduate students to establish the correct choice for school in the campus recruitment background on graduate employment guide provides some reference on the theoretical basis.This paper passes on Chongqing University, Southwest University, Chongqing University of posts and telecommunications of three universities in school psychology sample of master's graduates mainly from psychological pressure by using questionnaires, expected salary, a job suited to one ' s special training, job stability for four dimensions on the psychological analysis of master's graduates in Chongqing. Produced above bad careers psychological of causes is multifaceted, both social of causes, also has family of causes; both school of causes, also has employing units of causes; but main of also is masters itself of causes, as some masters also exists with integrated ability does not highlight, psychological quality does not strong, face employment courage insufficient, too stress a job suited to one ' s special training, unilateral value occupational of stability and employment expectations partial high problem.Papers last for graduate employment psychological problems and their causes, from the master's own adjustment and various sectors of the community to guide both strategic recommendations for strengthening postgraduate psychology guidance, with a view to helping graduate students in employment outside of the complex environment can straighten out the psychology, calmly deal with the employment challenge, thus promoting the growth of master's physical and mental health, achieve successful employment.
