A Study On The Present Situation And Improvement Strategy Of Primary School Teachers' Life Style In Dalian

This paper uses the method of questionnaire investigation, literature analysis method and interview method, sum of the way the formation of three primary school in Shahekou District, Dalian City teacher’s daily work, study, life and other activities in the process(including the following aspects: the teaching way, way, interpersonal way of leisure entertainment) to carry out investigation and research etc. the problem, through the questionnaire survey to draw the following conclusions: primary school teachers in 41.5% of the teachers work completely meet the health standards, 35.8% of the primary school teachers’ work style in line with the basic health standards, and 29.7% of the teachers fully do not meet the health requirements, From the survey data, primary school teachers’ way of life generally meet the health standards, but there are still the following problems: the primary school teachers’ teaching method is old, outdated teaching methods; the narrow circle of communication, communication way is relatively passive; leisure entertainment way is single, and the orientation of value is not high. After the interview that social environment on Teachers’ way of life is not enough attention, the school management system is not perfect, the teacher individual old ideas and spare time can really use is the cause of the problem, we put forward the following countermeasures: 1 social related terms to give teachers understand and pay more attention to; 2 school management to improve and enhance the; 3 teachers themselves also should continue to practice and improvePrimary school teachers to develop good life style is beneficial for primary school teachers’ teaching activities, cultivate more excellent students and to advocate social civilization way of life also has a positive role in promoting the. It is particularly important to explore the primary school teachers’ way of life in this situation. But the content of life and forms of primary school teachers and there are no uniform standards, we can do is to advocate a healthy way of life, not only lies in the primary school teachers of this group, for the whole society, need to cultivate civilized, healthy, scientific way of life is not only the individual all-round development, is the inevitable requirement of social development.
