Investigation Of Primary School Teachers' Leisure Life:from The Perspective Of Life Value

Leisure life is an important part of human life,how to realize the value of individual life has a great relationship with how to make use of leisure life.Primary school teachers are a guide for students'growth and development,the state of leisure life and life value of primary school teachers have an important influence on primary school students.In this study,literature research,questionnaire survey and interview were used to analyze the leisure life of primary school teachers.It is found that the problem existing in the leisure life of primary school teachers is that their leisure consciousness is weak and they deviate from the original value of life;lack of leisure time,encroach on the protection of the value of life;the leisure activity is single,obscuring the value of life;the quality of leisure activities is not high,discard the value of life.Based on this,this study from the teachers themselves,school level and social level,analyze the cause of the problem and put forward countermeasures for the improvement of elementary school teachers' leisure life,in order to promote their leisure life quality,promote the realization of life value to provide some reference.
