With the continuous development of the construction of teaching staff in the new era,the state attaches great importance to improving the working and living conditions of teachers,the research on the quality of teachers' working life has aroused widespread concern of scholars.Primary and secondary school teachers,as the backbone of basic education,carrying out the primary and secondary school teachers' working life has important implications for the basic education.Therefore,accurately grasping the status quo of the quality of primary and secondary school teachers' working life is the premise and basis for improving the construction of primary and secondary school teachers.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,this study combines the relevant theories and research on the quality of life of primary and secondary school teachers,and constructs six evaluation dimensions of the quality of primary and secondary school teachers' working life,namely job satisfaction,professional identity,and personal effectiveness.Sense,professional development,work and life status and health status,using questionnaires to explore whether there are significant differences between the six dimensions and gender,age,teaching age,professional title,duty and other indicators,and on this basis,recommendations are presented for improving primary and secondary school teachers.The first chapter mainly introduces research origin and significance,concept definition,literature review,research design and process.The second chapter is based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs,combined with the relevant scholars' research on the quality of working life,and proposes an evaluation index framework for the quality of primary and secondary school teachers' working life.The third chapter is the research design,through the project analysis,factor analysis and reliability and validity test of the primary questionnaire,the unreasonable items are deleted,and the questionnaire for the quality of primary and middle school teachers' working life is finally formed.The fourth chapter is the presentation of the survey results,the survey shows that the quality of primary and secondary school teachers' working life is generally better,but there are also differences.The overall satisfaction of teachers in primary and secondary schools in professional identity,personal efficacy and professional development is relatively high,but satisfaction in job satisfaction,work and life and health status is relatively low.The fifth chapter is the analysis and recommendations of the survey results,the survey results show that the male teachers' occupational life satisfaction is higher than that of female teachers;the quality of teachers' working life of different ages is significantly different;the quality of teachers' working life with teaching age under 3 years is better;the teachers with high professional titles have training effects.Satisfaction is the highest;the satisfaction of school-level leaders is relatively high.Based on the existing problems,the following suggestions are made: Firstly,improve the job satisfaction of primary and secondary school teachers,improve the salary and treatment of primary and secondary school teachers,build primary and secondary school teachers to participate in the school democratic management system,reduce the workload of primary and secondary school teachers;secondly,improve the professional development level of primary and secondary school teachers,improve the academic qualifications of primary and secondary school teachers and the effectiveness of teacher training;thirdly,pay attention to the health status of primary and secondary school teachers,pay attention to the cultivation of the health and fitness of primary and secondary school teachers,and improve the emotional management and psychological resistance of primary and secondary school teachers.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,the reliability of self-made questionnaires is higher;the overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers' working life is higher;the quality of primary and secondary school teachers' working life is different in some demographic variables.
