Life education is an important part of the education field,and it is also an indispensable form and value orientation in our country’s education system at this stage.Under the current social background,children as one of the most prominent members of the social and family environment,life education is particularly important.Especially for students in the upper grades of elementary school with strong plasticity,they are in a stage full of curiosity and thirst for knowledge,and they are very easy to be affected by bad factors invisibly.If they lack the necessary family and school correctness guide and educate,they may go astray.In addition,due to the decreasing age of the protagonists in the suicide and homicide cases of teenagers nowadays,it also reminds people of the necessity and significance of life education.Therefore,on the basis of collating and analyzing relevant literature,this paper takes Shenyang S Primary School as an example to carry out an investigation on the status quo of life education for senior grade in primary schools,and research out the corresponding implementation strategies.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the reason why the problem was raised and the significance of the research.In the form of literature review,the author sorts out and summarizes the research status of life education at home and abroad,as well as the research objectives and methods.The second part is the definition of the concept of life education and the theoretical basis of the elaboration.This paper defines the concept of life education,explains its significance,and expounds the theoretical basis related to life education from the pedagogy,which is divided into humanism and life education theory.The third part is the investigation part of this article.The investigation process and the basic results of the investigation are discussed.In the results part,the five dimensions of the development status,content,implementation results,students’ cognitive attitudes and prospects of life education in the upper grades of Shenyang S primary school are explained,supplemented by teacher interviews,to understand the real situation of life education in the senior grade of primary school.The fourth part is Shenyang S Primary School senior life education problems and analysis of the reasons.Through the investigation of the status quo of life education for senior grade in Shenyang S primary school,this paper summarizes the three possible problems in life education for senior grade in primary school,and analyzes the reasons based on the social background and environment.The fifth part is the implementation strategy of life education for senior grade in primary school.It mainly puts forward detailed implementation strategies for the problems and reasons summarized in the previous part,which is divided into six aspects.Hope to help the majority of educators correctly convey the true meaning of life education,but also hope to effectively help the educatees to further realize the significance and value of life,and finally make life education to achieve its purpose.
