A Study On The Base Management Of Primary And Middle School Education

Primary and secondary education practice base is the full implementation of quality education and an important carrier of cultivating students’ innovative spirit and practice ability. In order to better understand the management condition of primary and secondary education practice base, this paper chooses four districts’ education practice base of Dalian City, by using interview, questionnaire survey and other research methods, on the base of practice base of managers, teachers and students to participate in practical activities conducted in-depth understanding of the investigation, aimed at through a series of interviews and questionnaire data revealed the presence of speech practice base management problems, reasons analysis of possible problems, and puts forward some solving strategies.The paper consists of four chapters and in accordance with the discovery of problem- analysis of the problem – solving the problem ‘s structure to deploy.The first chapter, putting forward to the research questions and the significance of the study, and by collecting literature, reviewed the related research on the management practice of base education in primary and middle schools. This chapter also defines the related concepts.The second chapter, mainly introducing the research methods and research process, and combining with the actual situation, design outline of interviews and questionnaires, empirical study to analyze the problems existing in current practice base management.The third chapter, the analysis of the investigation result, around people, wealth and other elements of management, from six aspects of practice base management objectives, resources allocation, management mode, management process, performance appraisal, conditions and sums up the existing problems, and reveal the reasons for these problems.The fourth chapter, put forward a strategy to solve the problem, in view of the existing problems on the management practice base, around the promotion of efficient management of operation and practice content base development, from the clear management objectives, strengthen the course management, the improvement of teacher professional level, form innovation management organization, strengthening process management and increase the multi-party support etc, to put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
