In recent years, primary and middle school education practice bases in Shanghai, Chongqing, Shenyang, Changchun, Dalian and many other cities are springing up. Only Dalian city has built more than 10 such bases, providing practice courses for primary and middle school students of Dalian City. As the rapid development of the school, what feelings do the teachers have under the new kind of schools?In this paper,152 teachers from 5 different primary and middle school education practice bases of Dalian have finished my job satisfaction questionnaire and ten of them were interviewed. The survey results show that they have higher satisfaction at “the job itself”, “school relationship”, “out training opportunities”, “working condition”, “working pressure”; and lower satisfaction at “working income”, “school evaluation system”, “excellent opportunity”, “promotion opportunity”, “title assessment method”, “workload”, “working hours”, “work content”. To present the real feelings of primary and middle school education practice base teachers’ job satisfaction in our country, and then carry on the analysis to the primary and middle school education practice bases teacher’s job satisfaction influence factor, and according to the results, trying to put forward constructive suggestions, and to make contribution to the development of this kind of schools.Finally, think about and put forward to some advices to improve the teachers’ job satisfaction of primary and middle school education practice bases :1. To establish a scientific and reasonable salary system;2. To reduce the teacher’s pressure;3. To change the rule of "stay at school ".4.
