The professional identity of preschool teachers refers to that the views of individuals whom engaged in their professional status, social values, and the pleasant positive emotional experience for willing to teach, the expectations of willing to continue engaging in this career. Preschool teacher professional identity is an important indicator which guarantee the good teacher groups. However, most of the current researches exploring the professional identity of preschool teachers by emphasizing on personal factors such as demographic variables, yet the social factors were rarely been consider for the issue. In this research, from a sociological point of view, studies the factors influencing the professional identity of preschool teachers which including the social dimension factors and organizational level factors of macro-social factors, in order to ensure the stability of preschool team. In this study, it analyzes the social factors which influence the professional identity of kindergarten teachers by means of the literature analysis and questionnaire survey.Comprehensive results of this study, the conclusions as followings:First, the social factors that affect the kindergarten teachers’ professional identity. The relationship is extremely significant between the social level factors and the professional identity of preschool teachers.Second, the organizational factors that affect kindergarten teachers’ professional identity. They have remarkable relationship to each other.Third, in both variables at the social level and organizational level, the previous one has more significant influe nce to it than the later one that the professional identity of preschool teachers.Fourth, among the social dimension of each variable factors, occupational prestige, income level and the rights of teachers will directly affect the their professional identity. In which, the rights of teachers has the greatest impact on the professional identity, followed by the impact of occupational prestige, economical factors has the least effect on the professional identity.Fifth, about each variables at the organizational level, the teacher culture, kindergarten rules and organizational climate will directly affect the kindergarten teachers’ professional identity, in which, the organizational climate has the most affection to teachers’ professional identity, followed by the impact from the regulations of kindergarten, and the impact of culture on early childhood teachers’ professional identity of teachers to a minimum. The nature of garden and the principal’s leadership style has no direct impact on the kindergarten teachers’ professional identity.Finally, the results were analyzed and discussed, it explained and discussed from a social level factors and group factors of the various sub- factors.
