Education is the primary productive force, a country’s level of education is thecomprehensive national strength and the quality of the ultimate expression. Theeducational level of slightly weak at international level, the world ’s top100universities, China’s only2-3, which for a country with over one billion strongpopulation is obviously not match. Only good education can provide excellenthuman resources to further improve the quality of national impact and nationalrevitalization. Our support for education has intensified in recent years, the focusshifted to the higher education of the quality of university education, while universityteachers in improving the quality of education occupies a very important position.How to promote the efficiency of university teachers has been the focus of the partiesscholars, university teachers as knowledge workers, inputs and results are difficult toquantify, how to promote their identity, to enhance its ability to work independentlyis an effective way to improve efficiency, which for this study teacher factorsAffecting organizational identity provides a realistic demand.The main contents of this paper is to study the impact of university teachersorganizational identification factor. This paper mainly done the following work: First,the existing theories were reviewed for this paper introduces the theory involved, forthe article about the organizational identity, professional identity, professionalimage, job autonomy, organizational environment and other five a concept to define,and from the professional image, job autonomy, organizational environment to studythree aspects of professional identity and organizational identification. On this basis,we propose a structural model of influencing factors, and proposed three aspects ofthe relevant assumptions. Select the appropriate empirical analysis method used in thestudy to have a deep understanding of the problem analysis, the results of existingresearch from home and abroad to design a reasonable questionnaire and universityteachers in Fujian as the research object, a sufficient number of samples collected.Through the use of SPSS software for data preprocessing, data analysis showed thatthe data collected in this study do structural equation model to meet further test the reliability and validity of the request. Then using AMOS software separately on eachfactor confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model testing in general,the questionnaire was recovered, and the resulting data is processed using a varietyof treatment methods, the proposed structure model assumptions were verified.Finally, in discussing the results of the data at the same time, university teacherson how to improve organizational identification proposed countermeasures andsuggestions, and directions for future research are discussed.
