| Information technology teachers have become the main force in the new round of curriculum reform,and the normal college students of educational technology are the reserve forces for future information technology teachers.Their pre-service training is of vital importance.How to cultivate teachers’ professional identity of normal college students of educational technology and stimulate their inherent power? This has become a concern of more and more educators.Normal colleges and universities as the main position for training normal college students of educational technology,they play very important roles.Therefore,this article takes the normal students of educational technology as the research object,and explores the influence of school factors on their professional identity.This study viewed and read a large number of literature on teachers’ professional identity of normal college students of educational technology at home and abroad,identified school factors that affect teachers’ professional identity in various literature,and found out the relationship between the factors affecting each school.This article summarizes the influence factors of training objectives,campus culture,hardware facilities,course setting,teaching teachers and educational practice.Based on the theoretical basis,this paper constructs a school factor relationship model on teachers’ professional identity of normal college students of educational technology.Based on the hypothesis model constructed,combined with the results of interviews with some normal students of educational technology,the influencing factors in the relational model were defined and research hypotheses were made.Then,based on the existing mature questionnaires,a good reliability and validity questionnaire was designed.This article takes the online and offline two ways to investigate the students of educational technology,and uses SPSS software and AMOS software to conduct descriptive statistical analysis,reliability validity analysis,path analysis and mediation analysis of the collected data information.Test and correct the relationship model and see if the research hypothesis is true.The results of the research show that the training objectives,campus culture,hardware facilities,curriculum,teaching instructors,and education internships all have an impact on the teachers’ professional identity of normal college students of educational technology.Based on the research results,we put forward clear strategies for cultivating goals,improving curriculum settings;strengthen teacher training,improve teacher quality;strengthen internships,ensure effectiveness of internships;focus on teacher characteristics,build campus culture.The aim is to further enhance the professional identity of teachers in the field of educational technology and toexpand a new path for the training of normal college students in educational technology. |
