From the perspective of social worker’s self-identity, this paper analyses the professional identity of social workers in Shenzhen situation and that of constructing process, and then find the main effect factors on it. At last, it offers some countermeasures for stabilizing team of social workers and improving process of professionalization development in China. By the way of interview and questionnaire survey, we find that, situation of professional development, working achievement, paths of promotion, salary, are main effect factors for professional identity. Meanwhile, social worker’s growing experience, especially childhood and professional learning, are also important factors for professional identity. |
