Baoen is an interactive relationship with benefactor and a person who receiving a kindness. Baoen culture includes Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism culture, as China’s outstanding traditional culture, which has affected many generations of Chinese people. In the traditional concept of Baoen culture, Baoen is not only to achieve in interpersonal, but also natural. First, people comes from nature and grows in natural. Natural has a great kindness for human beings. So, people was very concerned about the relationship between man and nature and actively involved in the self-cultivation about physiology and moral to restore the original state in ancient China. Ancient people called these “Tian ren he yi”. Why ancient people did these ? Because of Baoen to nature. In addition, people will make many relationships with many people, kindness and Baoen are appearing in many relationships. Specifically, There are 5 forms of Baoen relationships: parent-child relationship, ruler- subject relationship, husband-wife relationship, brother- brother relationship and friend-friend relationship. For example,parents have the kindness of nurture to children, children have the kindness of filial piety to parents; leader has the kindness for receiving trust and encourage to subordinate, subordinate has the kindness of devoting to work to leader; Husband and wife have the kindness of supporting each other; The kindness of mutual friendship between the brothers; The kindness of mutual trust between friends, etc.Chinese characteristics campus culture is a long-term commitment, many people will spend many time and energy to build Chinese characteristics campus culture. Modern campus culture and Chinese traditional culture are very important to Chinese characteristics campus culture. Especially,traditional Chinese culture is more important. First, Baoen cultural is the heart and soul of c Chinese characteristics campus culture. Secondly, modern campus culture can promote Chinese characteristics campus culture; Finally, Chinese characteristics campus culture can promote traditional Chinese culture and modern campus culture as well. In all, China’s university culture has made many achievements in material culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture. But with the development of market economy and the influence of Western culture, especially individualism, there have been many series of problems, such as the current campus utilitarian value orientation, campus become Similar,campus relationships have many problems. Therefore, this article through the perspective of Baoen culture by giving new views about " Tian ren he yi " and "harmonious interpersonal ’to build Chinese characteristics campus culture, All contents can be divided into four sections:The first part focuses on the introduction of the research background, purpose and significance, domestic and foreign research status review, research ideas, research, and other research methods and innovations. The second part introduces Baoen culture. The third part is an overview of campus culture in China. The fourth part is trying to use to give new view about " Tian ren he yi ", and making " Tian ren he yi " as a basis to boost Chinese characteristics campus culture. The fifth part is giving new view about "harmonious interpersonal", and making "harmonious interpersonal" as a basis to boost Chinese characteristics campus relationships.The main research method of this paper is combining the knowledge of psychology, anthropology, sociology, ethnology and history. Based on extensive literature review, by Analyzing the Baoen culture, Confucian culture, Taoist Culture, Buddha Culture, campus culture to explore new research perspectives.
