The excellent traditional culture of China for five thousand years is the concentrated embodiment of the language habits,cultural traditions,ideas,and emotional identity of the Chinese nation.It embodies the good moral norms,ideological character and value orientation generally recognized and widely accepted by the Chinese nation,and has extremely rich ideological connotations.Junior high school students are in a critical period of psychological development.At this time,they have the strongest rebellious psychology,the most important face,but also a critical period of life turning point,"virtue tree people" is particularly important.In the information age of the popularization of Internet + Education,students get more information,but their ability to deal with information is relatively low,which leads to a group of problem students,which is not easy to ignore and difficult to educate in the field of school education.In the face of such objective facts,it is very important to strengthen the traditional virtue education of the Chinese nation."the founding of the people,teaching first",we must seek the wisdom of education from the excellent traditional culture,with it to guide education,cultivate students who pursue excellence and excellence,stimulate their spirit of keeping pace with the times,and achieve their good life.Based on this perspective,this paper selects Yiliang Z Middle School as the research object,and takes the theory of cultural inheritance,cultural identity,organizational culture and school cultural management as the theoretical basis.This paper summarizes the present situation of the activities of the excellent traditional culture in Z Middle School into the campus,analyzes the existing problems and causes,and puts forward the corresponding promotion strategies.The full text is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction,including the reasons for choosing the topic,research significance,literature review,research ideas and methods.The second part is the analysis of the concept and theoretical basis of excellent traditional culture on campus.First of all,this paper defines the concept of traditional culture,excellent traditional culture,traditional culture into campus and campus culture management.And then explains the theoretical basis of this study,they are cultural inheritance theory,organizational cultural theory,cultural identity theory and school cultural management theory.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of "excellent traditional culture" in Yiliang Z Middle School.First,it introduces the general situation of the school.Second,it investigates the construction of campus culture,the current situation of the activities carried out by students,teachers and parents.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems and reasons in the current situation of "excellent traditional culture" in Yiliang Z Middle School.First of all,it analyzes the existing problems from the aspects of school and parents.On thisbasis,it analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of school,students,parents and society.The fifth part puts forward the strategy of promoting "excellent traditional culture into campus" in Yiliang Z Middle School First,establish school values and establish a corresponding management system.Second,set up a contingent of teachers with a combination of specialties and combination.Third,add excellent traditional culture to the content of education and curriculum of education.Fourth,carry out rich and colorful activities related to the promotion of traditional culture into the campus.Fifth,unite schools,families and society to form a joint force of education.Finally,the innovations and shortcomings of this study are summarized.
