Many countries in the world all are actively researching the curriculum standard mode suited to their national conditions. In 2011, after 10 years of exploration in our country, we have issued a new 《The Chinese Course Criterion of Full-time compulsory Education(2011 Edition)》, it updates and improves 《The Chinese Course Criterion of Full-time compulsory Education (experiment draft)》. In order to change the education inequality, and to improve the level of education teaching, has carried on repeatedly large-scale adjustment and revision Since 1994. And in 2012 issued a new policy documents 《The National Curriculum Statement Grades R-12》 (NCS), Including 《Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statements for each approved school subject》 and 《The policy document, National policy pertaining to the program me and promotion requirements of the National Curriculum Statement Grades R-12》 and 《The policy document, National Protocol for Assessment Grades R-12》. Among them, 《Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statements for each approved school subject》 is equivalent to Our country’s Preschool to high school formal subject curriculum standard of each grade.I widely collected information about comparing our country with abroad the curriculum standards, these data Basically choose European developed countries as comparative objects, developing country less involved,Don’t question South Africa located in the African continent.Although Developed countries have a high level of education,There are many worthy of our learning and reference. But the all aspects of the gap between in our country and European countries various aspects situation, relative to the developing countries, is very large, as a result, a wide range of research of the curriculum standard of developed countries at the same time practical research and development of our country education background similar curriculum to develop in the developing world.the education development of the developing countries are similar to China,these studies are necessaries.South Africa is a multinational country, the speed of economic development of South Africa is One of the fastest, has the highest level of education in developing countries, Both in terms of economic development, national education has striking similarities with China, two countries were actively researching curriculum standards suited for their own education background, and in 2012 the implemented of the new version of the national curriculum standards. But many areas of the two countries such as politics, economy, history, culture have a lot of differences; Curriculum standards between the two countries have the same and the difference field. Therefore, this article select formulation background, curriculum concept, architecture framework, the total objectives and branch objectives, curriculum evaluation to carry on the detailed comparative study in the following.Finally, on the basis of predecessors’ research, and combining with the results of this article, I summarize generalize many enlightenment from 《the primary school Curriculum Statement Grades 1-6》:Curriculum standard should attach great importance to the learning of language knowledge; Strengthen the objective specific clarity and easy to operate; use a variety of teaching activities to organizing teaching; Pay more attention to the guidance of students’ learning strategies. Looking forward to provide some reference from this article for the improvement of curriculum standard in China.
