| Background:The impact of executive function is a central factor in the development of children’s physical and mental health, how to effectively promote the development of children’s executive function, has become a hot topic of attention. Preliminary evidence indicates that more and more physical activity can promote and improve the development of children’s executive function. DanceSport is highly combination of art and sport, long-term study found that students not only learn dance sport to develop good character, good health, but also help children improve team spirit and cooperation. But now sports dance sports activities for children to perform functions affecting research also less influenced dance sport as a means to develop and improve executive function of children’s scientific and practical applications.Objective:This study aimed to investigate the "Poker Face" is precisely the impact of 12 weeks of moderate-intensity exercise program for dance students to perform functions and provide theoretical and practical basis for the use of sport to improve the primary means of execution. And would like to let the public know more just dance for physical and mental health benefits, which can promote a more comprehensive promotion of Just Dance and better development.Methods:"Poker Face" Just Dance Movement exercise intervention means to perform the functions and development of key fourth-grade students as experimental subjects, the experimental subjects were divided into a control group (25 people), the experimental group (24 people), use Flanker task, More-odd shifting tasks and 1-back task subjects in the experimental group were measured after the execution of suppression, refresh and change the conversion of three sub-functions.Results:12 week strength "poker face" just dance movement intervention makes the students complete the flanker task response when f(1,49)=0.14, p=0.70>0.05 no significant difference;however,students complete reaction more-odd shifting task f(1,49)=0.58,p=0.45>0.05 no significant difference, and completed correct rate p=0.00< 0.01 significant difference; students complete the 1-back task response when f(1,49)=7.78;p=0.008< 0.05 have significant difference.Conclusion:12 week strength "poker face" just dance intervention of primary and secondary school students in to perform a function test (flanker,1-back and more-odd shifting task) than did after exercise intervention of primary and secondary school students perform better. 12 weeks, the intensity of the Face Poker Cha Cha Cha Cha Cha on the implementation of the function of the primary school students three dimensions (suppression, refresh and conversion) have a positive impact on the selectivity. The results show that 12 week strength "poker face" just dance movement could be as a improve executive function of the intervention, for the use of "poker face" just dance exercise intervention programs to promote students perform function development to provide theoretical and practical basis. |
