The Formation, Problems And Thinking Of New - Type Community In Southern

The new community is the concrete manifestation of the integration of urban and rural areas under the new historical background. The rapid development of industrialization, urba nization is the main driving force of promoting the construction of new community. In rece nt years, many parts of the country have begun the construction of new community, among which the most typical South of Jiangsu area. Study on the South of Jiangsu region of new c ommunity is not only helpful to scientific advance the new type of community constructio n, speeding up urban and rural areas, but also can provide experiences for the construction an d development of new communities in other regions.Research on the model of community formation and problem is one of the hot spot in t he field of science Chinese society in recent years. Previous studies focused on the formation or problems for the new community for independent analysis, here the author by non structur al investigation of three new communities in South of Jiangsu area and 100 inhabitants of t he interview, vertical and horizontal, dynamic and static combination, panorama of formatio n and form new communities in South of Jiangsu area, and on this basis, refine the communi ty the existing problems, to explore the problem solution.The vertical perspective, the formation of new communities in South of Jiangsu area ha s experienced germination stage, the development and the height period of three stages, eac h stage of the greater impact on policy. The bud period began in the small scale test before and after 2001, Suzhou and Wuxi area "farmer concentrated living", part of farmers concent rated to the township new residential community. Development period began in South of Jian gsu area in 2004 "three concentration" policy, the industrialization development of demand fo r land increases prompted farmers moved to the new overall residential community. High tide period in 2008 Suzhou "three replacement" policy, the enthusiasm of the farmers from the co untryside move to new communities to improve. Specifically, constitutes a dynamic mechanis m model community formation in South of Jiangsu area is mainly produced by the South of Jiangsu area regional conditions, the wishes of farmers and the government and the system of the three main driving force and hindering force. Overall, the new community of South of Jiangsu area has the community ranging from the size, appearance varies, community functi onal diversity, community organizations and residents of the community diversity of lifestyle c hanges, such as the four characteristics.Lateral view, the author through five aspects to show new community forms, the first is the community living environment, residential distribution of residents by dispersing into focu s, the new community facilities relative improvement, health residential environment can be greatly improved; second is the economic life, residents engaged in agriculture to reduce no n agriculture, increased, the channels of resident increase in income, expenditure increases, the re are still residents do not want to participate in social security, participate in medical insur ance is more high than the endowment insurance enthusiasm; third is the social interaction, soc ial communication to expand the scope of residents, alienated interpersonal relations; fourth i s the way of life, the rhythm of life between residents of city and rural areas between the con cept of life, gradually opening up, life demand more diverse; fifth is the social identity, resi dents on their own perception of identity is not clear, the community consciousness, belong t othe strong.Combined with the research of the formation and morphology of new community above in South of Jiangsu area, the author summarizes three problems:the first problem of new c ommunity is the community supporting system is not perfect, the performance for the compe nsation and resettlement policy lag, the social security system is not perfect and the system design of resident participation degree is low; the second big problem is the community ma nagement mechanism to improve performance, for the new community is not equal to all ma nagement functions and residents to participate in community management of the channel is not smooth. The third big problem is the residents to adapt to community life encounter th e survival, development difficulties, the existence predicament mainly for residents not to adapt to changes in the level of community environment and the balance of payments, the dilem ma of development mainly for the identity is not clear and the attribution of unknown.Therefore, aiming at these problems, the author thinks that can be cracked from three as pects:the first is in the aspect of system security, we should adjust the compensation polic y, improve the social security system; the second is in the community management, must pro mote the new community omni-directional management ability, establish and improve the co mmunity residents to participate in the organization, conflict and properly deal within the c ommunity adaptation; again is in the community, can strengthen the construction of communit y environment, enhance the residents’ employment ability, pay attention to the transformation of the concept to guide the residents. Only support, in perfect scientific system of communit y management, community residents can adapt to life as soon as possible. Only when the resid ents really accept the life of the community, new community to South of Jiangsu area to de velop more healthy, more long-term.
