In the information society, the direction and form of cultural heritage has been changed. It has been transferred from the unidirectional way to the duo-directional way, even to the multi-way. The children’s cultural feedback is a socializing process for teachers which has positive impact on modes of language and thinking, affective attitudes, behaviors, knowledge and skills, arts and other aspects, it promotes the self-education for teachers as well.The study bases on the current situation about the children’s cultural feedback in the kindergarten, takes advantage of the analysis and summary the date which was collected by the interview, observation and the texts in the kindergarten for four months, it is found that the cultural feedback of the material aspect is increasingly visible, of the spiritual aspect is inclined to the affective attitudes, and of the system aspect has mirror effect, besides, the children’s cultural feedback is not ideal in the kindergarten field, which is confined by the institutional environment and the inner factors from the teacher.In the view of the situation, it requires that the teacher should treasure the value of the children’s culture, then enrich the structure of self-knowledge and develops the new professional skills. To take this, the teacher can realize the value of the education and self-education from the children’s culture; furthermore, realize the value of the occupation.
