The ability of autonomous learning is essential for people in modern society.This study based on the dilemma between the teacher’s"retreat"and children’s"advance"in the kindergarten teaching,regarded the new forms of autonomic learning in kindergarten music activities---"music learning supermarket"development as an opportunity, applicated the action research paradigm,together with group teacher, opened"planning-implementation-reflection-adjustment" spiral action research process.The action process includes four stages:inching-steady development stage;solidify-transition stage;innovation-form expand stage;various typewriter stage.From the collection of 15 typical activities of early childhood music autonomous learning, summarized the use of teacher’s supporting strategies in four aspects: material,space,learning strategies and evaluation.The results showed that both the teachers and children made progress in the action of autonomic learning study. Teachers’ growth was reflected in:gave children more space to choose and more opportunities to explore freely; through consultation and discussion with children to build "the contract"; let children do more self-reflection; encouraged children’s mutual inspiration and cooperative learning.Young children’s growth was embodied in:the development of learning quality---learners became more responsible for themselves in study gradually;and the development of personality quality---cooperation, mutual assistance, and interpersonal communication which belong to the social ability all improved.
