Disabled children caused by the earthquake is a special group, they should get special attention. The earthquake caused their body to appear different degree of disability, Give them life and learning to bring a lot of inconvenience. Before and after the earthquake, their study and life has changed a lot. It is difficult for them to adapt the existing ways of learning on the grounds of Physical rehabilitation training, environment mutations, and Psychological pressure. They can't keep up with the normal progress in learning. They need new breakthrough in the ways of learning, E-learning is a new way of learning that can bring them new hope. To some extent, E-learning can improve their school grades, and give them new learning experiences and life experiences.The article takes disabled children caused by the quake in wen chuan as research subject, Based on a sample of disabled children in the Dujiangyan benevolence school. It takes their learning practical as foothold, analyzing their difficulties encountered in learning and their causes, discussing how to use digital technology to support their learning, and analyzing the main problems that exists in their E-learning. Therefore, research methods used in the article mainly include documents, interviews and participant observation. The basic-thought of this article is analyzing the E-learning needs of disabled children, second, designing the appropriate E-learning styles by their practical situation, then, analyzing the main difficulties in their E-learning, in the end, Putting forward the tentative ideas to solve these difficulties.E-learning is a new tutoring style, it can expand their life world, and exert a positive impact on their career options, and they have subjective wishes for E-learning. This paper identifies the learning needs of disabled children from the four aspects, thus, it establishes the necessity of E-learning for disabled children. Then, this paper presents two suitable E-learning styles based on E-learning situation of disabled children and the existing information conditions, they are self-access by handheld learning machine and web-based collaborative learning, and this paper systematically reviews on the two E-learning styles from objective, content, condition, and evaluation etc. The article analyzes those difficulties consisting in hardware resources, learning resources, human resources, and academic motivation during disabled children' E-learning. Finally, this paper proposes the strategy systems that Support disabled children'E-learning from information Literacy of teachers and students, E-learning resources, school system and qualified teachers, and government and society.
