Montessori in the absorbent mind "children have absorbent mind".Children can active,spontaneously absorb and learn the knowledge from the surrounding environment.She emphasizes that teachers shouldn't focus too much on learning results,they should take more attention to the process of children's self-exploration,self-learning.Teacher needs to see the desire of the children's autonomous learning,and stimulate the potential of their autonomous learning.Let children in independent and open atmosphere,establish a sound personality,promote their all-round development.In the full implementation of the kindergarten curriculum reform in China,and issued the 3-6 years old children's learning and development guide,kindergarten also gradually started to attach importance to and advocating children's autonomous learning,which advocates children do the masters of their own learning.So the children's reality state of autonomous learning,analyzing the actual problems,explore how to promote better autonomous learning is very necessary.This study used the purpose sampling method,take the Wuhan H kindergarten and take into account the maximum information for the study,after investigating the activities of the science area of all Daban in H kindergarten,take W class as a study object Through observation and interviews to get the basic situation of the science area and children's autonomous learning in science area.Combined with the collected data,the study divides Children's autonomic learning into three stages:The verifiable operational phase,the exploratory operational phase and the creative operational phase.The most children are in the exploratory operational phase and the children's autonomic learning level is not high.The existing problems mainly has two aspects,from the teacher's aspect,Because teachers lack the correct concept of Children 's scientific view,enough scientific knowledge and bias of autonomous learning,Leading teachers to autonomy is equivalent to "gravity",master control and guidance is not good,So the effect of teachers guide children's autonomic learning is not good,often fail to achieve the desired effect.In view of the above problems,the researcher conducted a attribution analysis,and puts forward some Suggestions.First,teachers must change ideas first,enhance their own scientific literacy.Only having the right concept on preschool science,the teacher can give children the right and targeted guidance.Second,teachers also need to know about children's concept of autonomous learning:Children's autonomous learning is not completely autonomous,nor is "pseudo-autonomy" that under the teacher's control.In the process of autonomous learning,Third,teachers should be reasonable intervention and timely guide the children's autonomic learning,and according to different children take different way of guidance.Last,teachers need to create a relaxed,free active atmosphere,and according to the child's different personality characteristics and interactive characteristics of the child's interactive strategy to give the correct guidance,to promote healthy interaction between children.
