| The mathematics tutoring after class as an important part of the mathematicsteaching plays a supporting role in math class. Solely on the basis of mathematics, inorder to meet the need of the students, regardless of how teachers can arrange a lessoncontent, there will be some students can not learn well. In this case, the math tutoringwill play its irreplaceable role. But the efficiency of tutoring in the current junior highschool is not very satisfactory, and the researches carried out for this problem atpresent is not much, so there are few actionable guidance provided. Therefore, thisstudy will investigate the efficiency of mathematics tutoring in junior high school.The investigation method used in this paper is interview,in the meantime it wasused for two times and by using NVivo10, Word, Excel software has carried on thestatistics and data processing. There are32junior high school mathematics teachersparticipated in the first interview survey.Respectively they come from Dongying,Jinan,Zibo,laoling and Jining.This study attempts to solve a prerequisite problem, namelywhat the insufficient of the mathematics tutoring is in junior high school to preparefor the The second interview.By interviewing6teachers for the second time,the firstmajor problem of this study is solved.This major problem is the reason of theinefficiency of the mathematics tutoring in junior high school.This problem solvingcontributes to put forward the rationalization proposals.Through the investigation, there are some deficiencies of the mathematicstutoring in junior middle school.Including most of teachers can not guide students ontheir own;teachers can’t hold well the number of the students;teacher do not payenough attention to all the students in counseling;the choice of teachers in tutoringplaces is conservative;the method of choosing way is single;on the choice and controltime is not enough scientific teachers;guidance on the part of knowledge is notcomprehensive,the teachers give too little care to give the students instructions to dowell in the ability, learning habits and attitudes of counseling;teachers’ guidancestrategy be traditional;teachers can’t do it well requires students to vary from person toperson;teacher reflection know enough for tutoring;teachers can’t evaluate their ownguidance accurately;check on the results of teachers in tutoring value degree is not enough;the main reason is the teacher’s work task time is limited;coaching is nottargeted;tutoring more students to save time and efficient;restrictions of time andeffort is only focus on more in need of counseling;no other tutoring places canchoose;teachers to students is not enough rest assured;students’ time is tight;teacherspay more attention to entrance exam;as the traditional method is effective;to rethinknot value, lack of reflection experience;evaluation of formalization;ignore thedifferences of students.In view of the current situation,make the following basic requirements for thejunior middle school mathematics teachers: the teacher wants to take the initiative tohelp students, at the same time should also encourage students to activelyquestion;teachers should grasp the coach number when active counsels thestudent;teacher to student’s active guidance to all levels of students;teachers on thechoice of tutoring location should be more flexible;teachers should adopt variouskinds of way, in order to improve the efficiency of tutoring;teachers should be thereasonable choice and control counseling time;coaching targets under the teacher’sclass should conform to the basic education curriculum reform, the three-dimensionalgoals;teachers should undertake to the student the recessive hierarchicalguidance;Teachers should not only focus on after-school tutoring, also should be toraise awareness for the pre-course reading guidance;should notice when the teacher inclass under the guidance using heuristic teaching idea;in the process of tutoring,teacher to student’s request to do vary from person to person as far aspossible;teachers should pay more attention to guidance of teaching reflection,research-oriented teachers;teachers should pay more attention to the self assessmentof the tutoring after teaching,Teachers should be timely check the tutoring as a result,the means of examination results should be diversified, notice to tutor feedback. |
