1.Tennis as a high professional sport, is earning much development and awareness in our country recently. With related civil department’s help, society’s support and athletes’ effort, we athletes obtain some superb achievements. After this, for preventing from the gap in talents, the tennis related people pay much more attention to fostering new tennis talents. tennis school as a new way to bring up reserve tennis talents, has its own advantage, but has problems in the some way. This thesis aims at knowing the condition of tennis school of my country, understanding their strengths and weaknesses, improving the quality of teaching and ameliorating training mode by research. As a result, it narrows the gap between teenage athletes and overseas, provide some proper advice as well.2.Research methods:literature and documentation, comparative analysis, case study, interviews, questionnaires.3.Train of thought:This thesis is produced by three researches and compares. First of all, It analyses approach and feature of some different way to raise up teenage tennis athletes, which acknowledged the advantage of tennis school. Then it compare the six tennis schools in my country to realize what problems it has. What’s more, it find the gap between Chaoda tennis school and Nick Bollettreri’s by comparison. At last, it give some concrete advice for this shortcomings with successful experience and national conditions.4.Conclusion:1.Tennis schools were set up when new socialist era and market economy come to china, which responded he new demands. Compared with other training modes, it has the advantage of "culture education combine with physical education that growing up fast in a short time, which plays an important role at raise up teenage tennis talents, but problems arise at the same time.2.Tennis schools’ original purpose is raising up tennis talents who acquiring high level literacy and tennis skills, but the present situation is that athletes has few achievements and loss of overall quality. 3.Chinese Tennis schools could basically accord with the commercialization at this stage, which shows their broad development prospect. However they show various degree of problems, which could not catch up with the advanced world levels. The main problems are loss of proper teenager selection, scientific management, effective training, efficient support, overall education and so on.4.The concrete problems in Chinese tennis schools are:the inside ones, such as loss of scientific training system and injury protection system, loose entrance selection exam, no strict standard for coaches, boring school life, contradiction between training and study, poor facilities; the outside ones:lack of funds and incomplete tennis competition system.5.The problems could be solved in deferent degree by law and policy support, control from social rules and regulations, widening the poor of capitals, strict standard for coach adopted and coach training, raising the students’awareness of study and condition of school, scientific selection and training, participating in mass of exchange activities and matches.
