In competitive sports,the hurdle is a high technical requirements of a sport,especially for the physical quality of the athletes are more stringent requirements.In all the hurdles,the 110 meter hurdles are more representative,athletes need to keep moving at the same time keep moving across the hurdle in order to reduce the loss of time.With the 2004 Liu Xiang in the Athens Olympic Games champion,short cross project China has added a lot of confidence in our country,now basically is the research focus on the analysis of the domestic individual athletes action technology,while ignoring the analysis of other classes of athletes technology improvement,and culture young athletes short span is an essential guarantee to enhance the Chinese short cross project.In recent years,the core strength training has gradually been public awareness,and the scientific training methods have been applied to the domestic and foreign elite athletes training,the essential difference between the core strength training and traditional strength training,is actually in the process of strength training adds an "unstable factors",and the main reason for this the unstable state is developed in order to make the athletes in the development of large muscles can also stimulate deep small muscle strength,the purpose is to enhance the athlete's ability to control the body balance and stability.This experiment using the method of literature,expert interviews,video analysis,experimental research method and mathematical statistics method,6 young subjects selected short span athletes,in their daily training,join the core strength training,the control group and the experimental group,the control group every Tuesday,four six,according to the original training program for strength training.In the same training time,the experimental group was trained according to the core strength training method.A total of four test indicators,related hurdles are standing three jump,5 hurdles scores,30 seconds sit-2,20 seconds bar side leg lift.At the endof the experiment,the four indexes of the athletes before and after the experiment and the technical parameters of the hurdles were analyzed:1.through video analysis shows: the experimental group of athletes in the column distance,leg folding and swinging,swinging leg folding hook toes,control bar body weight,swinging leg and leg bar on the rapid completion of the shearing action,positive pressure technology link bar stage swing leg was better than the control group and illustrate the improvement of core strength training for hurdle athletes hurdle technology really plays a certain role in promoting.2.by comparing the four test indexes of athletes before and after analysis,in addition to 30 seconds sit-2 changes of two groups of athletes is not significant,the other three experimental groups compared with the control group there were significant differences,and in the final technical evaluation and performance appraisal in the whole field,experimental results were higher than the control group.This shows that the core strength training for athletes to improve the effect of hurdle.3.in the experimental group of adolescent athletes is full of curiosity for the new training mode,the training process,maintain the enthusiasm is very high,for athletes hurdle technology improvement also played a certain role in promoting the emotion.
